Nicki joined Mariners Escrow in 2007, bringing dedication, precision, and a strong commitment to exceptional service. She began her escrow career handling REO transactions, developing a keen ability to navigate complex deals efficiently. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in resale transactions, refinances, new construction, and investment properties, making her an invaluable asset to the team.

As first assistant to Brian Foxcroft, Nicki plays a key role in ensuring seamless, detail-oriented escrow transactions. She works closely with Brian to provide clients with outstanding customer service, proactive communication, and meticulous attention to every escrow detail. Her organizational skills and problem-solving mindset help facilitate smooth closings, making the escrow process as effortless as possible for buyers, sellers, and agents alike.

Nicki resides in Corona del Mar with her husband and son. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and exploring new places.
