Rosa Buenrostro has been in the escrow industry since 1997. Before joining Mariners, Rosa worked in both the foreclosure and reconveyance sectors of real estate. From this past work experience, Rosa has amassed a wealth of knowledge and skill to handle the toughest transactions. Rosa’s unit is amazingly diverse and experienced handling residential resale, REO, commercial, short sale, refinances, and 1031 exchange properties.

Her hard work and dedication has created a large clientele and a very well respected reputation in Orange County. “I believe communication and patience is a key factor to a successful escrow transaction. I like to provide solutions to any problems or issues that may arise, I love the challenge and the ultimate accomplishment is knowing that my recommendations and solutions have played a key part in a successful closing.”

Rosa resides in Anaheim and is dedicated to family and friends. Outside the office, she enjoys flea markets, cultural events, concerts, and traveling.
