COMMERCIAL ESCROW OFFICER

Saminah “Sam” Welker began her Escrow career in 2005.  Sam’s hard work and dedication has allowed her to rise much faster than most others in the Escrow world, and to create a large clientele and stellar reputation. She attributes her success to a proactive approach and having an excellent eye for detail throughout the entire transaction.  She believes that great communication is the foundation of a successful escrow and prides herself on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while always treating each party in a transaction equitably.

During her free time, Sam enjoys the outdoors, the beach, camping, and spending time with her friends and family.
Sam resides in Costa Mesa with her husband, Paul, and son, Paul Jr.
