BRIAN FOXCROFT

Brian Foxcroft became a member of the Mariners Escrow team back in 1987. Starting as a messenger, Brian has worked up to running one of the most successful escrow companies in Orange County. In 2003, Brian Foxcroft joined Dana McNeill and Michael Perisi as one of the owners of Mariners Escrow.

With 39 years of experience, Brian has built a reputation that’s as solid as Newport Beach real estate itself. His extensive knowledge, ambition, and dedication have earned the trust of clients and industry professionals, proving that surviving nearly four decades in real estate is no small feat.

Brian specializes in residential and commercial resales, refinances, custom home builds, and 1031 exchanges. In other words, if it involves real estate paperwork, he has probably seen it, solved it, and explained it more times than he can count.

As a Newport Beach native and current resident, Brian has witnessed the area’s growth and development. He knows the neighborhoods, market trends, and where to get the best cocktail. Brian has been married to his wife Steffani since 1994 and they have two wonderful boys, Maxwell and Benjamin.
