Jennifer Hughes has been an integral part of Mariners Escrow since 1998, building her career from the ground up and developing a deep understanding of every aspect of the escrow process. Her hands-on experience in banking, file processing, and transaction management has given her the knowledge and perspective to confidently handle even the most complex transactions.

Throughout her nearly three-decade career in the escrow industry, Jennifer has built a reputation for professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional client service. She specializes in residential resale, new construction, 1031 exchanges, refinances, and commercial transactions. Known for her organization, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills, Jennifer takes pride in anticipating her clients’ needs and providing clear, proactive communication from opening to closing. A Notary Public since 1999, Jennifer is committed to making every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. She believes that accuracy, communication, and personal attention are key to creating a positive escrow experience and lasting professional relationships.

Outside of escrow, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and their children, Riley and Sawyer. She especially loves cheering her kids on at their sporting events and making time for family.
