Rosa Buenrostro has been with Mariners Escrow since 1999. She started her career at Mariners Escrow as an assistant and quickly moved up to become a highly respected Escrow Officer, with nearly three decades of industry experience. Rosa has built a career centered on clear communication, human-centric service, and strategic problem-solving. Her professional background, transaction expertise, and personal values highlight why clients trust her with complex real estate deals.

Rosa began her career in the real estate and escrow industry in 1995. Before transitioning fully into escrow, she gained critical foundational experience in the Foreclosure and Reconveyance Sector. There, she developed early insights into property timelines, legalities, and the importance of title clearance.

Rosa leads a highly diverse unit capable of managing resale, commercial, 1031 exchange, short sale, and REO escrows. While modern real estate relies heavily on automation, Rosa firmly believes that escrow remains a deeply human business. At the end of the day, no matter how technology-driven a company may be, we are serving human beings, and clients need to know they matter in every transaction.
