I have been fortunate in that I have been selling real estate in Corona del Mar/Newport Beach and surrounding areas for over 20 years. I typically have always suggested and/or used Mariners Escrow when I have the choice. They take very good care of my clients and have assisted me in having "smooth" transactions.
I have used several of their officers over the years and have always been happy with every interaction. Their years of experience and knowledge and counsel have proven to be invaluable, as they have seen and handled so many different scenarios over the year's.
I will continue to suggest, choose and use Mariners as long as I have a choice. I feel that Mariners truly " takes care of Escrow the way Escrow is meant to be taken care of."
Side note, the Company I work for as well as others I have worked for in the past 20 years have all owned subsidiary Escrow companies, where choosing the "In-House Escrow" would directly affect my bottom line, but I still have and do recommend Mariners!
