JUNIOR ESCROW OFFICER

Nicki Joined the Mariners Escrow Team in 2007. She started her escrow career assisting with REO transactions and is now experienced in handling resale’s, refinances, new construction transactions, and investment properties. Nikki is first assistant to Nancy Perez and works closely with Nancy in providing outstanding customer service. Nicki is very organized and pays close attention to details to every escrow transaction.

Nicki resides in Irvine with her husband, step daughter, and two Dogs Alsan and Pita.
